Being unmotivated is just another state of mind.

In fact, sometimes being unmotivated is your body’s way of protecting itself.

Sometimes being unmotivated is a way you distress yourself.

Sometimes also being unmotivated is about you shutting yourself down to avoid success.

Sometimes your self-protective inner critical voice throws you a debilitating state of de-motivation to protect yourself from what it deems an unnecessary risk.

Sometimes too, your low level of self-awareness contributes to your lack of motivation.

There’s always a reason for your demotivation.
